Ryo Kurokawa (黒川 良 Kurokawa Ryō) is is one of the scientists that was originally involved in the creation of ComNet, however he left at earlier stages of this because his ideas clashed with Mototsugu Inukai's and Shintaro Shinozaki's. He was also a good friend of Azusa Shinozaki.
